Presentation: Bullying Awareness (For teachers)
This two hour workshop is an ideal part of any teacher personal development day. Run by renowned counselling psychologist Lidia Genovese (with over 30 years experience working with adolescents), Lidia gives participants an understanding of the attitudes and belief systems of bullies.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the two hour workshop teachers will:
- Have an awareness of the motivation for bullying;
- Have acquired a better understanding of how bullying behaviour is learnt;
- Have a range of ideas and strategies on how to prevent bullying behaviour.
